Thirty Palestinian prisoners continue their open-ended hunger strike for the 11th day in protest of their administrative detention in Israeli prisons.
According to the Palestinian Prisoners Club, the Palestinian hunger-striking prisoners demand the Israeli occupation end their arbitrary detention.
The Club pointed out that Israeli occupation authorities haven’t responded to the prisoners’ demands yet, taking arbitrary measures against them.
For its part, the Palestinian commission of detainees and ex-detainees affairs stated that Israeli occupation authorities deliberately practice medical negligence against the Palestinian sick prisoners, depriving them of treatment and keeping them under harsh conditions.
In a press statement, the commission added that 3 Palestinian prisoners suffer serious health conditions in Rimon and Nafha prisons.
Israeli occupation currently holds 780 Palestinians under administrative detention, including at least 6 minors and two female prisoners. Most of them are held in Niqab and Ofer prisons.
