Israeli occupation forces IOF on Wednesday morning, August 31, broke into Silwad town, north of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, kidnapping three Palestinians and injuring one more.
Local sources reported that large numbers of Israeli military vehicles and forces seized two Palestinian houses and arrested 3 youths after raiding Silwad town in the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah.
Meanwhile, sources reported that Palestinian journalists and citizens were prevented from reaching the scene under the threat of Israeli occupation forces. In addition, Israeli forces prevented the ambulances from reaching the seized houses.
For its part, the Palestinian Prisoner Club reported on Wednesday morning that the three youths Abdelqader Hammad, Abdelrahman Hamed, and Izzddin Suboh were arrested during the Israeli raid in Silwad.
In a related incident, Palestinian citizen Ahmad Azzam reported that IOF broke into his house and shot his son Ahmed in the leg before kidnapping him.
Several Palestinians suffered respiratory distress as Israeli occupation forces heavily fired tear gas canisters in the area surrounding the seized houses.
