The Israeli occupation army committed a new heinous massacre in the Gaza Strip after targeting a school-turned shelter, on Saturday afternoon.
At least 22 civilians were killed in the aerial attack on al-Falah School in al-Zeitoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City, mostly women and children.
Medical sources said that dozens of civilians with critical injuries and amputated limbs were evacuated to the Ahli Hospital in Gaza City, adding that at least nine children lost their limbs in the bloody attack.
Video footage circulated on the internet showed a paramedic carrying a fetus after the attack on the school killed a pregnant woman.
Gaza’s Government Media Office said Israel committed a “horrific massacre” by bombing the al-Zeitoun School in the eastern.
Those killed include 13 children, six women, and a three-month-old baby.
