Two Palestinian detainees, Mohammad Akhmis from the town of Beit Ummar in Hebron, and Hadi Najee Nazal from Qabatiya in southern Jenin, have suspended their 11-day-long hunger strike after receiving assurances that their administrative detention terms will be limited.
According to the Palestinian Prisoners Club’s statement, seven other prisoners continue their hunger strike. This group includes Kaid Al-Fasfous from Dura, Sultan Al-Khalouf from Burqin, who have been on strike for 18 days, as well as Osama Dakrouk from Salfit, who has been on hunger strike for 14 days.
Additionally, four detainees continue their strike in the “Rimon” detention facility for the past 11 days.
Their names are Mohammad Taysir Zakarna, Anas Ahmed Kamel, Abdulrahman Iyad Baraka, and Zuhdi Talal ‘Obaido.
