Mishaal calls for alleviating Palestinians’ suffering in Lebanon

Head of Hamas’s foreign political bureau Khaled Mishaal has appealed to Lebanese state leaders to work on alleviating the Palestinian refugees’ suffering in their country.

This came during phone conversations with president Michel Aoun, speaker of the parliament Nabih Berri and prime minister Najib Mikati, according to a statement released by the Hamas Movement.

Mishaal urged the Lebanese leaders to pay special attention to the issue of the Palestinian refugees residing in Lebanon and help mitigate their suffering.

The Hamas official affirmed that the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon would always be a helping hand to the Lebanese people and all the countries they live in.

He also offered them his congratulations on the formation of the new government, wishing the government every success in its mission.
