Israeli forces shoot killed Palestinian, injured 15 others during Gaza blockade protest

The Palestinian health ministry announced that a Palestinian youth was killed and 15 others injured including 5 children by Israeli occupation forces during night protests in Gaza.

The ministry said in a terse statement that a 26-year-old youth was killed after an Israeli occupation forces sniper shot him in the abdomen.

Thousands of Palestinian youths protested at five border points in the Gaza Strip on Thursday night, demanding an end to the siege on Gaza. 

Israeli occupation forces used live and rubber bullets, in addition, to tear gas canisters to suppress the protests and targeted the media teams who were covering the event.
