Israeli forces arrest five citizens from Bethlehem

Last night, and today, Wednesday, the Israeli occupation forces arrested five citizens from Bethlehem governorate.

After raiding, local sources said that the Israeli occupation forces arrested Hassanein Hassan Shoka (59 years) and Youssef Ayyad Al-Harimy, from Al-Saff Street in the center of Bethlehem and searching their homes.

The sources added that Mustafa Saleh Abu Hammad, 20, from Aida camp, in the north, was arrested last night, after the occupation soldiers stationed at the "Container" checkpoint, northeast of Bethlehem.

Yesterday evening, the Israeli occupation forces arrested two boys, Issa Zarina (17 years), from the Bir Ouna area in the city of Beit Jala, and Mansour Faraj (16 years), from Aida camp, while they were near the apartheid wall in the town of Beit Jala.

Israeli occupation forces keep their crimes against Palestinians in West Bank and Jerusalem, terrorizing their residents, particularly children and women, through daily night raids.

The Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association said that 4750 Palestinian prisoners were detained by the Israeli occupation, 550 administrative detainees, 200 children, 42 females. Seventy prisoners are from the 1948 territories, 400 from Jerusalem, 240 from Gaza Strip.
