Israeli warplanes moments ago launched a series of raids on the Gaza Strip.

The Days of Palestine reporter said that the warplanes bombed two resistance sites in central Gaza city and the western Khanyounis city south of the Gaza Strip, without any injuries reported.

He confirmed that the Israeli warplanes attacked the Al-Qadssia site west of Khanyounis city with at least five missiles.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army announced in a statement, “After assessing the situation, it was decided to send reinforcements to the Gaza border.”

On Saturday, thousands of Palestinians participated in a mass rally, east of Gaza, on the fifty-second anniversary of the burning of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Israeli forces targeted the demonstrators and at least 41 civilians were injured.
