Breaking| 17 Palestinians wounded as Israeli forces open their fires near Gaza border

Israeli occupation forces today, Saturday, opened their fire toward the Palestinians who took place in the peaceful demonstration in the memorizing of the 52nd anniversary of the burning of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Local sources said that 17 young men were injured by live bullets and suffocated, as the Israeli occupation forces suppressed the participants in the "The Sword of Jerusalem Will Not Sheath" festival, organized by Palestinian factions east of Gaza City.

The Director of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, Dr. Muhammad Abu Salmiya, stated that 17 injuries arrived in the complex from eastern Gaza; most of them were shot in the lower limbs.

During an interview with the local Al-Aqsa radio, he indicated a severe injury to the neck that was taken to the operating room.
