Israeli forces burns Mosque’s interior in southern Jenin

The Israeli occupation forces on Friday evening set fire to a Mosque near the town of Jaba in southern Jenin and wounded a Palestinian young man during clashes in the area.

According to local sources, the Israeli occupation forces stormed Tersalah hill near Jaba town and set alight the Mosque’s carpet and furniture after forcing Muslim worshipers to leave it and prevent them from entering the area to perform the Friday prayer.

Consequently, violent clashes broke out between the Israeli occupation forces and local youths in a nearby area, where a young man was injured by a bullet in his leg and rushed to a hospital for medical assistance.
