Israeli police arrest three Palestinians in Akka

Israeli policemen arrested three Palestinian young men in a village near Akka (Acre), in northern 1948 Occupied Palestine, on Sunday while taking part in a protest march.

The Israeli police closed the entrance to al-Makar village and blocked the march of Palestinian protesters to the main Akka-Safed road 85.

The demonstrators were protesting the Israeli decision to confiscate hundreds of dunums of village lands to pave the way for a project on road 6.
