Three Palestinian prisoners enter their 19th year in Israel prisons

Three Palestinian prisoners from Jenin entered today, Thursday, their 19th year in the Israeli occupation prisons.

The director of the prisoner club in Jenin, Montaser Sammour, said that the prisoners Nazih Muhammad Najib Zaid from the village of Nazlet Zaid who is sentenced to life imprisonment, and  Ashraf Hosni Muhammad Alawneh, and Yusef Hassan Youssef Khalili from the town of Jaba who were sentenced to 20 years in prison, entered their 19 years in the occupation prisons.

According to Palestinian estimates, there are 4,400 Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons, including 39 women and 155 children, and around 350 being held under Israel’s administrative detention policy, which allows holding Palestinians without charge or trial.
