Days of Palestine - Jerusalem
The youth of Jerusalem are being subjected to the most violent campaign by the Israeli occupation forces since the beginning of the nights of the blessed month of Ramadan.
Local sources confirmed that about 100 Jerusalemites including minors had been kidnapped by the Israeli occupation police after severely beating all of them during the clashes that broke out in Jerusalem since the first night of the blessed month of Ramadan.
It added that 70 percent of these detainees are minors, pointing out that the detainees have been exposed to brutal aggression by the Israeli occupation forces.
It pointed out that all the detainees were released on conditions, either on financial bail, a third-party guarantee, or being deported from the friction zones - the areas where the recent confrontations took place - for specific periods, with the exception of 25 Jerusalemites, where the Israeli occupation police kept their detention to begin their trial, according to the lawyer of Jerusalem, Muhammad Mahmoud.
Mahmoud described the events in Jerusalem as a fierce and difficult attack, reminding us of the Israeli aggression of electronic gates, but in a more violent manner.
It is noteworthy that, since the beginning of the month of Ramadan, the city of Jerusalem is witnessing daily clashes with the Israeli occupation forces that are trying to empty the Bab al-Amud area and around Jerusalem, using force and violence, by firing bullets, bombs and using a wastewater vehicle, not to mention beating and chasing youths through teams "The Riders".
A number of injuries among young men are also recorded daily, and young men are arrested from city streets and taken to Israeli interrogation centers.
