Israeli forces arrest 7 Palestinian citizens from West Bank

The Israeli occupation forces arrested at dawn today, Friday, four Palestinian citizens during a raid campaign in the West Bank.

Local sources stated that the Israeli occupation forces arrested three young men from the village of Iraq Burin, southwest of Nablus after they stormed the town’s homes.

The source added that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the town, and began searches and raids, and arrested 3 Palestinians who identified as Amr Gibran Qadous, Osama Muhammad Qa'dan, and Ahmed Shafiq Qadus.

In Hebron, the Israeli occupation forces arrested the ex-prisoner and a leader in Hamas, Sheikh Rizk Rajoub (63 years), after raiding and searching his home in the town of Dura, southwest of Hebron.

In the same context, the Israeli occupation forces arrested the two young men Muhammad Ghassan Mansour (19 years) and Ahmed Iyad al-Saadi (19 years), after they stormed their parents' house in Sabah al-Khair and Nablus Street in Jenin.

The Israeli occupation forces also arrested Raed Ibrahim Abayat (42 years) after they raided and searched his house in the Abu Freiha area of ​​Beit Sahour city in Bethlehem.

Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation soldiers raided the homes of the brothers: Ammar Adeeb Musa, Mahmoud, Muhammad, and Ahmed, in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, and ravaged them after breaking the main doors, and detained Ammar, 39, for more than two hours.

The Israeli occupation forces also stormed the house of the captive MP Khaled Tafesh (55 years), in the town of Za'tara, east of Bethlehem, and searched it and destroyed its contents, even though he has been detained 4 months ago in the occupation prisons.

It is noteworthy that MP Khaled Tafesh, ex-prisoner, was arrested by the Israeli occupation authorities several times. He is one of the leaders of Hamas in the Bethlehem governorate and one of the deportees of Marj al-Zuhur.

Tafesh spent more than 10 years in captivity as a result of several arrests. During his arrest, he was elected a member of the Legislative Council in 2006 from the Bethlehem governorate, and he received the highest votes at the governorate level.

The Israeli occupation forces launched daily raids in the West Bank, interspersed with raids and arrests of citizens.
