The occupation forces injure a Palestinian north of Tulkarm

A 25-year-old youth was injured with live bullets in the foot, today, Thursday, during clashes that broke out between the citizens and the Israeli occupation forces, near the town of Zita, north of Tulkarm.

Local sources reported that the confrontations erupted after the occupation stormed the western region of the town, and seized a "container" used as a grocery store for a citizen.

She confirmed that clashes broke out in the area between citizens and the occupation soldiers, who fired live bullets and tear gas canisters intensively, which led to a young man being shot in the foot, and he was transferred to the hospital for treatment.

The mayor of Zita Muhannad Masarweh told said that the occupation soldiers raided the "container", dismantled and seized it, adding that it belonged to the citizen Mahmoud Tayseer Abu al-Ezz.
