The weekly settlement report prepared by the National Bureau for Land Defense and Settlement Resistance stated that the governorates of the West Bank have recently witnessed unprecedented orgies and widespread attacks by settlers, while the occupation plans to increase their numbers to one million.
The report issued on Saturday indicated that most of the settlers' attacks were concentrated in closing road junctions between cities and governorates in the occupied West Bank.
Moreover, the physical attacks, sabotaging property and throwing stones at Palestinian vehicles and homes especially in Jerusalem, Hebron and Bethlehem villages.
The report pointed to the repeated attacks by groups of extremist settlers and" youth of the hills "in the Nablus governorate against Palestinian citizens on the bypass roads near the settlement of" Yitzhar ", which is considered a stronghold of Jewish terror organizations in the area, in addition to their attacks on the property and lands of citizens in the governorates of Salfit and the Jordan Valley."
The report touched upon the dissolution of the Knesset, saying: "After the failure to reach a settlement of differences over the general budget of the occupation, the Knesset was dissolved and the occupying power is facing new parliamentary elections in March of next year, the fourth in two years."

"
With regard to settlement plans, the Israeli occupation authorities also published a tender to build 290 settlement units in Gilo settlement, south of occupied Jerusalem, after the construction plan was approved in November 2019.
