Minister of Health Mai Alkaila said last night on Wednesday that 17 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in the West Bank, bringing the total number of coronavirus cases since the morning to159 and the overall total in Palestine to 1534.
Alkaila confrimed in her statement that16 of the new cases were in Hebron, the current epicenter of the disease in Palestine, and one in Tulkarm.
A total of 616 have recovered and five have died, which makes current active cases stand at 913.
