Days of Palestine, Gaza Strip –Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas condemned on Wednesday the “fierce” Fatah propaganda war against it.
In a statement, Hamas said that it was “surprised” with the propaganda war waged against it and led by senior Fatah leaders.
“Those are spoiling the atmosphere of victory achieved in the Gaza Strip and breaking the hope of our people in reaping the fruits of this victory,” the statement said.
As part of the propaganda war, Fatah leaders told national and international TVs false information about the Israeli war on Gaza, Hamas and people there.
Fatah leaders claim that Hamas shot their loyalists in the knees, liquidated some of them and put around 300 of them under house arrest during the Israeli war.
Senior Fatah leader and former chief of PA intelligence services Tawfi al-Tirawi said that the collaborators executed during the war were PA officers.
Days of Palestine sources, as well as several media outlets said today that the PA loyalists arrested seven Hamas members in the occupied West Bank. They also summoned ten others.
