Israeli occupation forces Kidnapped on Thursday, 3 August 2023, at least 23 Palestinians after breaking into their homes in the occupied West Bank.

Local Palestinian sources reported that the heavily armed Israeli forces broke into occupied West Bank cities and detained several Palestinians after raiding their houses and terrorizing their families in multiple military raids across the occupied West Bank

In Hebron, Israeli special forces arrested at least 12 Palestinians including a child after raiding and searching their family’s homes in the Beit Amer village, west of the city.

The detainees were identified as Tariq Abu Maria, Muhammad Abu Maria, Zain Bahr, Hassan Sabarneh, Muhammad Khalil, Abdullah Sabarneh, Alaa Ghazi Adi and his brother, the child Qassam, Muhammad Bahr, and Mahdi Abu Maria.

In Qalqilya, Israeli forces detained 4 Palestinians identified as Musab Shamasneh, Saeb Shamasneh, Hakam Selim, and Amr Jihad Selim during a military raid into the city.

In Nablus, Israeli occupation forces detained two Palestinian men Jaafar Marwan Aqra and Salama Salim al-Azaar after raiding and searching their family home in the town of Kaplan, south of the city.

In Jenin, Israeli forces detained 4 Palestinians identified as Hilal Khalouf, Sultan Khalouf, Ali Samara, Ali Khalouf, and Aseel Ateeq.

Palestinian towns and villages in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem have seen increased near-daily military raids and violations by Israeli forces in recent months.

In June 2023, Israeli occupation forces arrested 380 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, Jerusalem, and Gaza Strip including 45 children and 10 women.

Its worth noting that there are 4700 Palestinian detainees in Israeli jails illegally held by Israeli occupation including 30 women and 400 children.
