Gaza’s Health Ministry issued an urgent plea on Sunday for fuel to power hospital generators in the besieged Palestinian enclave, according to Anadolu Agency.
In a statement, the ministry warned that without fuel, the consequences for patients would be dire amid ongoing Israeli attacks on the territory.

“We appeal to the international community and its humanitarian organizations to supply fuel for hospital generators,” the ministry urged.
The ministry emphasized that a halt in hospital generators would result in “certain death” for patients and a collapse of the health services in Gaza.
The statement accused the Israeli army of “intentionally” destroying electric generators at Gaza hospitals, including Al-Shifa Medical Complex, Nasser Hospital, the Indonesian Hospital, and Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza.
